Never before have I stayed in such a comfortable "Guest House" The food was excellent and the room was very homely, a real family feel about the whole place. It will certainly be recommended to people visiting Bexhill. I hope to be returning sometime, possibly Easter 2008.

Very clean homely guest house. A very comfortable, light and airy room with lots of nice "touches" and a useful Utility Room. I will visit again and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

I must stay in around 200 B&B's a year in my job. For price and quality there are not many better. If I am within 15 miles radius of Bexhill I will phone here first.

Excellent accommodation, very warm, friendly, good facilities- fresh milk, fridge etc, good TV picture, wonderful freshly cooked breakfast and plenty of it. Location is first class with good parking close by. Hard to beat!
